The Cork Report Tasting Table for December 1, 2023 – Still Catching Up
With wines from Bellview, Bridge Lane, Chatham, Keuka Lake Vineyards, Kelby James Russell, Knapp, Lamoreaux Landing, Layton's Chance, McCall, Trestle Thirty One, Toast, White Cliff, and Wolffer
Originally I was going to do one monster tasting table post to catch up on everything I tasted but didn’t write about over the summer — until I realized just how many wines that would be in a single post. So, I’ve decided to break it up into two or three posts over the next week.
As always, these are short, mostly unedited reviews of wines that I’ve tasted recently — more or less straight from my notebook.
All wines were tasted over the course of 2-5 days, depending.
