The Cork Report Tasting Table for January 24, 2025

With wines from Fjord Vineyards, Heron Hill Winery, Iapetus, Montezuma Winery, and Point of the Bluff Vineyards

Red hybrid/native continues with a really impressive lineup beyond the wine that was “Wine of the Week” this week.

My current plan is to always publish WotW on Wednesdays and these “Tasting Table” posts on Fridays — with some more stuff in between coming soon.

I do have one question for you, dear readers:

Do you want to know the scores for the “Also Tasted This Week” section? Should I remove this section? I’ve gotten a small handful of feedback that goes in varying directions, so I’d like to know what you want.

As always, these are short, mostly unedited reviews of wines I’ve tasted recently — more or less straight from my notebook.

All wines were tasted over the course of 2-5 days.
