The Cork Report Tasting Table for January 20, 2025

We’re well into red hybrid/native month so that’ll be the focus — as you may have noticed with last week’s “Wine of the Week” and will see starting below too.

I’m still trying to figure out the best day to post these paid subscriber-only roundups and WotW, but I’ll publish one of each every week.

As always, these are short, mostly unedited reviews of wines that I’ve tasted recently — more or less straight from my notebook.

All wines were tasted over the course of 2-5 days.

And one last reminder — I’ll only publish review of wines that score 86 or higher, though I’ve decided to list the other wines I tasted at the bottom of these posts as well.
